All communications are confidential; however, free initial consultations with a military lawyer do not constitute the creation of an attorney-client relationship.

Matthew Flynn joined the firm as a law clerk during his first year of law
school at the University of New Hampshire. He was a member of the IDEA
Law Review, a nationally ranked intellectual property publication, and a
Daniel Webster Scholar, a first-of-its-kind client-ready legal education
program.

While in Law School, Matt served as the president of the Veterans’ Law
Society. During his tenure, the group held a discharge review board CLE
that was organized by Mr. Flynn, and taught by Daniel Conway.

Additionally, Matt served on the NH Justice Involved Veterans task force,
and helped organize a conference focused on expanding the Veteran-track
Courts in New Hampshire.

Mr. Flynn is a contributing writer in the NH Family Law Practice Series. His
contribution focuses on the unique aspects of representing active duty
service members in divorce. Specifically, the importance of avoiding the
admission of adultery in any family court proceeding or filing.

Since joining the firm, Matt has worked on a variety of cases including
Courts-Martial, Courts-Martial appeals, Correction of Military Records,
Separation Boards, Discharge Upgrades, General Officer Memorandum of
Record (GOMOR) Rebuttals and Appeals, Presidential Pardon Requests,
ROTC Disenrollment, Qualitative Management Program (QMP) Actions,
Titling Actions, UCMJ Jurisdiction over Reservists, Reserve Retirement
Applications, Litigation in the Court of Federal Claims, Debt Remissions
and Debt Waivers, and Compliance with the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR)
and Financial Management Regulation (FMR).

Over the last four years, Mr. Flynn has focused on military appeals and has
become an accomplished appellate lawyer successfully litigating multiple
military criminal appeals.

Matt is a 2017 graduate of the University of New Hampshire School of Law.
He is admitted to practice in the State of New Hampshire (Bar No. 269319)
as well as military appellate courts (CAAF Bar No. 37023).
